Preparation
- Heat the oil in the frying pan.
- Add chopped Ginger-garlic-chili or ginger-garlic-chili paste in the oil.
- Add chopped onion in pan and stir for 2 mins.
- Add all the vegetables except spring onions in the frying pan & fry for 5 mins.
- Add 1 spoon of Soya sauce & 1 spoon of Chili sauce & stir.
- After 5 mins add cooked rice in the pan, add salt and stir well.
- Add remaining 2 spoon of Soya sauce and stir properly, mix it properly.
- Add ½ spoon oil from side and stir well.
- Add finely chopped Spring onions on top of the rice and stir little bit.
